Consider giving the gift of water
This year, we are requesting your support in helping us reach our goal of $80,000.
Due to an increased demand and scarcity of water in rural areas, we are expanding our water aid infrastructure projects throughout Eastern Uganda.

DID YOU KNOW?
A single well-digging (borehole) machine can dig a well in less than 4 weeks.
Digging a well by hand can take more than 4 weeks, depending on how deep the aquifer is located within the earth. It can also be hazardous to workers, due to the possibility of the well walls caving in.
A well-digging machine simply drills a tunnel through the earth into the aquifer. Once the aquifer is located, the tunnel is fortified with piping to prevent the walls from collapsing. A water pump is then installed, to bring water up to the surface for daily use.
